This course is designed for all advanced EMS providers and critical care transport professionals.

Course Description:
The Difficult Airway Course: EMSTM is an intensive two-day course that includes lectures, workshops and hands-on skill stations.  The curriculum is informed by state and local protocols.

- Difficult airway evaluation using video   laryngoscopes designed for EMS
- Rapid Sequence Intubation
- Pediatric airway management
- End-tidal CO2 detection and capnography

- Laryngeal mask airways for intubation
- Intubation stylets and advanced laryngoscopy techniques
- Surgical Cricothyrotomy: open and percutaneous techniques
- Extraglottic devices (supraglottic and infraglottic)
- Digital and nasal intubation
